Spout.com had a great blog last week on the film Hellboy II using the standard PSA format as a trailer - and some others from back in the day. Do these mock PSAs diminish the impact of traditional PSAs, or are they an indication of their communicative power? What’s next? Perhaps we can get Pixar to create a WALL-E PSA where he works to encourage better waste management on behalf of the Enviromental Protection Agency?
